It starts at the hour you actually need it.
Not a form, not a mood slider. Milo answers at 11pm with the thing that is keeping you up, in the app you already have open.
A companion on WhatsApp
Milo is a companion you text like a friend. It remembers what you tell it, and it follows up when something you mentioned actually matters.
Live on WhatsApp. Private by default.
Not a form, not a mood slider. Milo answers at 11pm with the thing that is keeping you up, in the app you already have open.
Milo brings back the launch you mentioned weeks ago. Not a transcript on file, the kind of detail a friend would hold onto.
No streak. No template. A reason: the review is today. Milo reaches out because you told it Friday mattered, not because three days passed.
One reply can pause check-ins for good. Milo never guilt-trips a silence, and it will never tell you that you went quiet.
Memory, not surveillance
Milo keeps the people, the situations, and the small things that make a day make sense. So the next conversation starts where the last one ended, instead of asking you to explain yourself again.
You decide what it keeps. A word from you clears any of it, for good.
Milo only reaches out when there is something real to say, anchored to a thing you actually told it. Never a "just checking in."
Hindi, English, Hinglish, Tamil, mid-sentence if you like. At 2pm or 2am. If you write it, Milo speaks it.
Milo is an AI, and says so. It will not diagnose you or pretend a chat is therapy. When a person can help more, it makes that easier to find.
The bigger picture
Milo starts with what you say. Over time, and only with your say-so, it can hold the rest of the picture: how you are sleeping, moving, and recovering, what season of life you are in. Not to score you. To notice sooner, and to point you to the right kind of help.
Miloyour context, gatheredSo a single check-in gets to draw on all of it:
And when something needs more than a chat, Milo points you to the least heavy thing that actually helps.
When there is nothing worth saying, Milo says nothing.
Most quiet days need no check-in, and that is the point. A companion that only speaks up when it has a reason is one you can actually trust to reach out.
Trust is the product
A bot saying “this is private” tells you nothing, a product that was reading along would say the same words. So we made privacy something you can check, not something you have to take on faith.
Your conversations stay between you and Milo. No one at Aha reads them, and they are never sold, and never turned into ads pointed back at you.
Milo only keeps what you let it, and a single word clears any of it for good. What it remembers, you can always see and correct.
If you are ever in danger, a clinician steps in to help. That is the single exception, and Milo will always tell you about it plainly.
Milo is a wellbeing companion, not an emergency service or a replacement for clinical care. When it might help, Milo shares helplines, including iCall (9152987821) and the Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345). WhatsApp is not a clinical channel.

Milo is awake
One message is enough. Milo will meet you there.
